MyFateAtlas (“MyFateAtlas,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides a one‑time, lifetime Vedic astrology report generated from customer birth details and related inputs. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

Identity & contact:

name, email, phone (optional), country/region.

Birth details:

date, exact time (if known), birth city/place, and optional notes needed to personalize reports.

Order & payment:

items purchased, price, currency, transaction time, and limited payment tokens/IDs via our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

Communications:

emails, support requests, survey responses, testimonials you choose to provide.

Device & usage:

IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, referring URLs, general location (city/country), session metadata.

Cookies/SDKs:

essential cookies, analytics, and (if enabled) marketing/retargeting pixels. You can manage preferences via our cookie banner or browser settings.

Marketing preferences:

newsletter opt‑ins, unsubscribes.

Optional:

if you request a printed/gift version (if offered), shipping name, address, and delivery contact.

How we use data

generate your personalized lifetime report; deliver files; provide support; verify and process payments.

Personalization & quality:

improve report clarity and accuracy; template quality checks; de‑identified analytics to improve UX.

Disclosures and processors

We share data with service providers under written agreements that limit use to our instructions:

  • Astrology calculation/ephemeris and report‑rendering services (including AI‑assisted text generation where applicable)

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization (subject to safeguards).

AI and automated processing

To draft narrative sections, we may use AI models and report templates paired with your birth details and derived chart data. Outputs are reviewed for clarity, but automated systems can make mistakes. You can request corrections or deletion.

International transfers

We may transfer and store data in India, the U.S., the EU, and other locations where our vendors operate. We implement safeguards such as contractual protections (e.g., standard contractual clauses) where required.

Data retention

  • Order, report, and invoice records: retained as required by tax/accounting laws.
  • Operational data (e.g., support): retained as needed to provide service and secure systems.
  • Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

Your rights

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege). No method is 100% secure; please use unique, strong credentials and secure your devices.
